Click and Collect

It's a fast, simple, and free purchasing method that allows you to order products available in our online store and pick them up directly from our physical store once your order has been processed.

How does it work?

  1. Order online
  2. Make online payments via credit cards and/or Paypal
  3. Select the "pick up in store" delivery option at checkout.
  4. You will receive a first email confirming receipt of your order. Wait for the second email confirming acceptance which will indicate that the product is available.
  5. Go to the store to collect your order, remember to bring an identity document and your order reference with you.
  6. If you wish, you can try on the item you purchased directly in the store, respecting the queue
  7. If the items you purchased don't fit, you can only exchange them for a size, if available, or cancel the purchase and wait for a refund. Refunds will be processed exclusively online; the store cannot issue vouchers or refund money. Our customer support will contact you regarding the refund.
  8. Please make sure you collect the product(s) you ordered within 8 days, after which the order will be cancelled.

Your order will be available for pickup in just 30 minutes.


USEFUL INFORMATION FOR IN-STORE PICKUP
When picking up your order in-store, you will be asked to sign a copy of your order and complete a collection form. The identification document presented must match the one indicated on the collection form. Your order will be available for collection at the store during opening hours: for more information, visit the dedicated section on our website. You can return your order in-store or via the ONLINE RETURN service. It is not possible to exchange the style or color of items in-store, only the size, if available. If you wish to change the style, you can purchase it separately and your original order will be refunded online. In the event of a return, you will be refunded via the payment method used for the online purchase, even if the return is requested in-store. With CLICK & COLLECT, you will always have priority access to the store; please go to reception immediately.
